By placing an order with Adi Beauty & Essentials, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.


2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


3. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee order replacement or re-shipment.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Adi Beauty & Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your shipping provider directly to file a claim.


5. All Sales Final

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) so we can resolve the issue promptly.


7. Professional Use Only

All adhesives and professional lash products sold by Adi Beauty & Essentials are intended for use by certified lash artists only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are trained in eyelash extension application. Adi Beauty & Essentials is not liable for any injury or irritation resulting from improper use of our products.


8. Product Storage

Customers are responsible for the proper storage of products after delivery. Adhesive should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity, and used within 4–6 weeks of opening for optimal performance.
