What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times typically take 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of cosmetic and professional lash products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.

How should lash adhesive be stored?

Store adhesive in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. Once opened, adhesive should typically be used within 4–6 weeks for optimal performance.

Are your products for professionals only?

Yes. Our adhesives and professional products are intended for certified lash artists only.

How long do lash trays last?

Lash trays can last indefinitely when stored properly. Keep them in a clean, dry environment away from moisture.
